Strictly Strength Classes
This class is a mixture of endurance lifting and strength lifting with an emphasis on core work. Barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, glider disks, and BOSU’s will be used for this dynamic fun paced workout. All exercise levels are welcome! Classes run from Feb. 26th-April 16th ( No Class April 2nd )
Monday at 8:30 am to 9:30 am Feb. 26th-April 16th
Classes are $50 with a $10 drop in.
