Barbell Endurance Classes
Join us as we raise the bar in this strength training class designed for all fitness levels. This class will
improve muscular strength and endurance with music that keeps participants engaged and motivated.
Wednesday Barbell Endurance Class 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Feb. 28th-April 18th (No class on March 28th and April 4th )
Classes are from $36 to $50 with a $10 drop in.
